Jim is the NOV program locked in to just rep PRs or would training maximally be feasible with two bodyweight exercises, appropriate prowler, mobility, jumping and diet?
I think the assistance templates like NOV are tacked on to whatever 5/3/1 program you choose. You can also do PR sets on Training Maximally.
I like doing Joker sets but I still alternate with PR sets.
Yeah that was my thought too, I haven’t got the new book yet so I wasn’t sure whether it might not be recommended any more. Cheers mate
