I use to do 5/3/1 and i am looking for a different type of program… 5/3/1 is a great program but i am looking for a change… but all i know is eat a lot of whole food protein rich foods and lift heavy weight… i want to cut my body fat to around 15-10%. i do not know what i am at right now but i know it is not close to that. I am 6’0 and 225 lbs. I do not want to loose muscle, but i want to cut fat. I DO NOT want to get huge like a body builder. really, i just want to look REAL good naked! BUT, i have all my own weights. i have 500 lbs in plates and 2 olympic bars, curl bar, squat stands, bench press.
is there a type of program where i do not have to waste $ on a gym membership and use my own stuff? i would like to try to get a 3 day a week plan but 4 would be okay. does anyone know of anything i could do? * i am not a novice at lifting. i know the correct form of squatting, dead lifting, press, and bench. I just do not know what kind of program to do…*
