Not Sure about Cialis Dose

Porn is huge. Since I stopped watching it and stopped jerking off also my erection quality is incredible.

I also do kegel exercises every day and they make a huge difference. I can go rock hard for hours nonstop in my early 40’s and could do that even before TRT.

When I was watching porn every day and not doing kegels, not so much…I could barely get hard for 20 seconds before spending the rest of the time with a semi

I had the same experience and I’m not even 30 yet.

Around 3 days after watching no porn it was already crazy how good the sex was. Only gets better. Porn is a cancer on this planet.

Thanks for the advice guys, I need to add kegels in. Whats your daily routine?

Yeah the difference is incredible, day and night for me as well. Better sensitivity also from not gripping my dick like it owes me money.

I see all those guys taking PDE-5 inhibitors and talking about insensitivity and I think a lot of those cases could be resolved with no porn, little masturbation and some kegels.

The kegels for me have been a game changer for me, women actually ask me regularly whether I’m on viagra

I do a long hold where I squeeze as hard as I can for as long as I can, then as many reps as I can without holding. I do 3 of those every day, spread out throughout the day.

You also have to do reverse kegels or your muscles might become too tight and then you’ll be really hard but you’ll cum too fast.

It’ll take too long to explain. Just google “Kegels, a guide to better everything” reddit (include reddit in the search).

Also when you’re fucking, make sure you breathe slowly and deeply, even when you’re going fast and hard. Losing control over your breathing in those moments is the reason most guys can’t go fast and hard for long without losing control.

Once you develop a connection to those PC muscles (between your balls and anus), you’ll learn how to relax them and delay ejaculation. At that point you can keep going for hours really hard without ever cumming if you don’t want to.

Ehhh, I think it depends on the kind of porn.

I tend to agree hardcore pornography can lead to issues down the line if viewed excessively. Then there’s the issues associated with the industry, the exploitation of women etc.

Stuff like playboy magazine? I think you’re probably fine, and the erotic articles in certain magazines can provide a more unique form of stimuli that’s probably healthier than watching hardcore porn behind a screen.

I also believe gonzo style pornography leads to more de sensitisation as opposed to the old hardcore films with stories and whatnot. Watching a 1 hr 30 film with a story + 15 minutes of hardcore action probably isn’t as bad as loading up a video and being thrust into the midst of it.

Hey man I am trying this too.
I always thought I had a sensitivity issue, like finishing during actual sex takes long for me… similar experience?

If I say porn, I ain’t talking about no damn playboy. In these magazines you get to see what Italian beaches hold for you, not more.

Watching other people fuck on tape with an excess of more or less beautiful women and all kinds of sexual practices is the problem.

I once heard the saying “a man today can see more beautiful naked women in 30 minutes than all men in human history saw in their entire lives”. The dopamine kicks from porn are just too much for the brain to handle. There’s so many people on the internet who try to get away or got away from porn addiction. I’d argue there are more people addicted to porn today than to any substance and that it is a detriment to their lives. Kids as young as 10-11 yo are watching porn now.

If the dopamine kicks from TV were declared a problem years ago for the development of children, imagine what porn will do.

I think it would really be great if people were aware of the extremely addictive and damaging nature of porn addiction.

Yes, at times when I watched porn for consecutive days, I definitely couldn’t finish. I had to imagine some shit. Never happened to me before. That’s a major red flag and shows that your brain is already desensitized to the great pleasures a women can give.

My fRiEnD wants to know which Italian beaches have beautiful women walking around without clothes on?

I’ve been to a few beaches like this, but the demographic walking around doesn’t typically overlap with the physiques seen in these magazines.

Every now and then you’ll see topless women on the beaches in my state. Nude beaches are another prospect all-together.

Cool thanks man.
It has been my experience too.
5 days without porn and the sex has been honestly amazing.
Most pro porn guys I know don’t get laid. (@unreal24278 I am looking at you bro haha)

I’m actually not pro pornography.

I don’t think the product ought the illigal, as some on here might believe. I view the product akin to most societal vices. When viewed occasionally, or in moderation it appears to be relatively harmless for most.

There appears to be a small subset of people prone to looking at it far too often to the point wherein a level of dopaminergic de sensitisation develops and the user no longer feels adequate stimuli colloquially associated with variables he/she would have initially found arousing, thus they turn back to the screen for sexual pleasure.

The science on pornography addiction is murky and inconclusive; presumably because not a whole lot of research on the topic has been conducted as of yet. Given the sheer amount of anecdotes that have been popping up regarding men in particular struggling with ED/sexual dysfunction at a young age directly attributed to excessive pornography consumption I’m inclined to believe the problem is very real.

My bigger issue with pornography however is the de facto exploitation and manipulation of primarily the women in the industry. Whether it’s legal or not, hiring emotionally vulnerable, “barely legal” women to star in pornography under enticement of fame and fortune is morally abhorrent. Inadequate regulatory frameworks/safeguards present occasionally lead to rape/sexual violence occuring off camera.

There’s also the chance human trafficking may be involved depending on the level/sophistication of the production. I’m not “pro porn”, I just don’t think it should be banned nor do I believe it is the biggest problem we have in society. There needs to be superior safeguards set up for both men and women in the industry and perhaps more stringent barriers to access, but I’m not sure if that would serve as an adequate deterrent.
