look, everyone here earned every ounce of their muscle, you gotta do the same before you can take photos of yourself and post em on the net. this site has tons of information on how to do just that…

I agree and know. I started this thread as a continuation to my thread in the bodybuilding section, someone had requested pics. so I figured I’d post em here just too see exactly how bad my physique really is. To be honest I got a higher rating than I thought I would.
