I am just getting back into deadlifting after working with imbalance issues/mild scoli/leg length issue. The problem i am having is that I can keep my pelvis straight so long as i am finishing in a knee slightly bent position and then going down for the next rep. If I lockout out, my leg length and pelvis issues become evident in the mirror and everything looks out of whack.
Is dead lifting without the lockout to obtain better symmetry okay? or is the lockout crucial in dead lifting form ?
