Hey guys. I was just curious how many (approximately) kcals you usually eat daily during a bulking phase. Right now I’m taking in between 3500 and 4000 and I’m not sure thats enough. I’m 6.0ft and 192 lbs (around 13% bodyfat). I try not be too active. A little basketball here and there, other than that I’m pretty much in front of a computer all day.
