Not Enough Calories, HELP!

what does a typical meal consist of? eating 7-8 times a day and netting only 2000 cals, seems more liek snacking than real eating.

At first, you’ll have to “chase” your meals. What I mean is, you have this ten minute period between putting food in your stomach and your brain telling you it’s full. Exploit that. Get all your food laid out, and just slam it, along with as much milk as you can handle.

Eat until you puke at least once, to find out where your puke threshold is, and ride that line every time you eat. Soon enough you’ll be able to handle more, and you will cross the 200 pound mark before you know it.

Sick? Oh yeah. But it’s the only thing I’ve ever done that actually put weight on me.
