It’s getting a little frustrating but I keep popping a blood vessel in my nose during very heavy sets where I’m either going for reps or even just a heavy single. If it wasn’t a public gym I wouldn’t mind as much but I don’t like bleeding all over the place, spraying blood on the wall during squats, etc. Any tricks or ideas on how to help this? I’m thinking about just jamming a tissue up my nose before those sets.
I wont pretend to be an expert but you might just be lifting too much? i know when i go to my max or too heavy my veins feel like they are gonna explode, mabye that’s what’s causing it but im not sure
