  1. Ensure that its athletic director(s), sports coaches, school officials or employees or
    booster club/support group members may provide only nonmuscle-building nutritional
    supplements to a student-athlete at any time for the purpose of providing additional
    calories and electrolytes provided that they do not contain any dietary supplements
    banned by the United States Anti-Doping Agency as well as synephrine.

A school may
only accept a sponsorship or donation from a supplement manufacturer that offers only
non-muscle building nutritional supplements provided that they do not contain any

dietary supplements banned by the United States Anti-Doping Agency as well as
synephrine. A school may not accept a sponsorship from a distributor of a dietary
supplement whose name appears on the labeling of the dietary supplement. Permissible
non-muscle building nutritional supplements are identified according to the following
classes: Carbohydrate/electrolyte drinks; energy bars; carbohydrate boosters and
vitamins and minerals.

So would this mean I can take creatine, I just can’t receive it from a school employee?
