Hey all i’ll start off by saying I have not been training regularly in the past year however I am getting back into it now. I have always been interested in competing and getting into powerlifting and have lifted on and off for the past 6 years.
I will be moving up to North Bay in the next 2 weeks for school and I know there are a couple clubs up there. I was wondering if anyone on here trains at/with either of the clubs and would be willing to let me come to some training sessions. I am serious about this and extremely motivated to do this the right way , I am just looking for a little guidance. Thanks.
