I am looking for an article I can not seem to find.
The article was discussing posterior chain exercises and included a glute-ham/ nordic curl set up that you placed on the floor.
It was NOT home made or a combination of things you could create at the gym (Bret Conteras set up).
This piece of equipment resembled a glute-ham raise but did not allow you to lower like a back extension.
HELP!
