Nootropics and School

I’m starting a gastfitting course on monday, and would like to know about any ‘stacks’ or nootropic supplements that would be beneficial for studying etc. Its only three days a week, Monday and Wednesday, 6-10pm, and Saturday, 8-4pm.

multivitamin
creatine
fish oil
water
lift weights
large quantities of good food
lots of sleep (naps FTW)
caffein here and there
laughter
sex
show up to all your classes
manage your fatigue, take days off to relax

Bushido, what’s the B complex for? And how effective is Spike compared to your nootropic stacks?

for some reason I can’t concentrate well after I take a b complex.

What brand of DMAE do you recommend?

From what I have read, DMAE is an organic compound. I would like to avoid taking synthetics.

Is DMAE actaully not synthetic?
