Noob Westside Raw Bench Routine. Thoughts?

Monday DE
-BENCH 8-10x3 55% of 1RM, 1-2 min rests
-DB BP 3x8
-DB EXTENSIONS 4x8
-SIDE RAISES 4x8
-DB ROW 4X8
-HAMMER CURLS 3x8

Thursday ME

-BENCH 4x3 warmup, 4-5 singles working up, 3-5 min rests
-DIPS 3X5-8
-JM PRESS 4x5

For ME rotate flat bench, floor press, board press and close grip steep incline press every 2-3 weeks

What else should I add on ME day? I have an all-back day on Friday with deads and BB rows so I don’t wanna hit the back on thursdays. No leg day as of yet due to ongoing ACL rehab.

If you are a noob I would recommend you find something that is already written rather than trying to figure it out on your own. WS4SB would be a good place to start. Jim Wendler has also outlined a basic westside-style template in some of his older articles.
