Thursday ME
-BENCH 4x3 warmup, 4-5 singles working up, 3-5 min rests
-DIPS 3X5-8
-JM PRESS 4x5
For ME rotate flat bench, floor press, board press and close grip steep incline press every 2-3 weeks
What else should I add on ME day? I have an all-back day on Friday with deads and BB rows so I don’t wanna hit the back on thursdays. No leg day as of yet due to ongoing ACL rehab.
