She's also using knowledge learned about behavior change through precision nutrition to help other populations. I was excited to find out I'm not the only person in social work who sees a problem with just concerning one's self with "talk therapies". To help someone, environment should be considered first (diet and exercise are a part of that). Someone being fed a high fat, high carb, low protein diet of manufactured foods, given no exercise, and put in a stressful environment can't be realistically expected to improve yet this is what is happening in homes around the modern world.
I'm overjoyed that the people on this site have risen above the norm and are improving themselves daily. You all are incredibly inspiring! Is there anyone who's passing it on through some sort of social work effort?
