Non Linear Periodization Question

Im doing a non linear training program for wrestling to improve speed and strength. So for day 1=power, day 2=heavy, day 3=very heavy. So just wandering would i still be able to add some solid weight to the bar on oooo lets say squats if day1=box squats, day 2=front squats, and day 3=back squats, would it be possible to add 10 lbs to back squats?

This one’s gonna take more than two Chris’s and a fr0lVlan.

Would it be possible to add ten pounds ever? Yes.
ten pounds a week? Can’t tell, there’s way too many factors to consider.

Just go out and do it. Make sure you eat a lot.
