When taking Nolvadex, is it best to take it at night if only taking one 20mg tablet?
Let’s say you needed to take 60mg until gyno subsides, would it be best to take three 20mg tablets before bed or take one tablet 3 times per day?
Nolvadex’ half life is several days so I don’t think it really matters. Take it all at once, or split er up, the choice is yours my friend.
60 mgs?? that sounds like an excessive amount…
i wouldnt rely on nolva to CURE gyno…
You would be much better off with Femara to “cure” gyno.
