I have been out of the gym for some time, long story short was going strong for a few years then hyper focused on school wayyyy to much. Here’s my program, tell me what you think, and where I can improve. Its 5 days, maybe I could cut it down to 3/4 if possible just not sure what to cut out and what I should keep.

Day 1 Back

Deadlift 5x5
Wide grip lat 3x10-12
T-bar row 4x6-8
Pull ups (when I can do them again, until then V Bar) 3x8-10
Smith Machine shrugs 4x10-12
Back Extensions 1x25

Day 2 Chest

Bench 5x5
Incline Dumbell 3x10-12
(SS) Decline Dumbell 3x8-10
(SS) Decline fly`s 3x8-10
Peck Deck 4x10-12

Day 3 Off

Day 4 Legs

Squats 5x5
Leg Press 3x8-10
(SS) Leg extensions 3x10-12
(SS) Leg curls 3x10-12
Standing Calf Raises 4x10-12

Day 5 Shoulders

Barbell Press 5x5
Seated Dumbell press 4x8-10
Front Raises 4x8-10
Lateral Raises 3x10-12
Bent over lateral raises 3x10-12

Day 6 Arms

(SS) Barbell curls 4x6-8
(SS) Dips 4x6-8
(SS) Seated hammer curls 3x8-10
(SS) Seated triceps extensions 3x8-10
Tricep Pushdowns 4x10-12
