Well bench at 225 is still at only 3 reps. But they did go u easier than last time I did 225 so at least it wasn’t a total fail. That got me reall pissed though and I killed it on incline! Big PRs there wooo!!!

Really good session. Back rounded on second rep of 295, but just because I lost form. The next three reps did not round so it’s nothing to worry about, just slipped my mind on that rep. Feels good to get 205 on power cleans, looking to hit 225 in the next 2 or 3 weeks. On a side note, a few of my friends were over and I have confirmed that today’s teens all want to do just bench and curls and can’t even do that worth shit. I mean it’s really sad how weak today’s youth is. Just another reason I’m glad I workout alone at home… I love being different

Awsome pressing session. 140 x 5 was nice and smooth. So I went for more lol. On 165 x 1 I was sooooo close to fainting it was scary, I was shaking and tingly but probably only because I missed a breath. Chinups also keep climbing. I really need to find a tricep exercise though other than dips. I only have a BB and pretty much all BB exercises for trid kill my shoulders. Might try to get back into CGBP slowly though. Sick workout overall though.

Awsome squatting day. 1st rep of 310 had beast mode ATG depth, second was below parallel as well. I’m pretty sure I had another one in me too. Saw a T Nation shirt today too which was pretty cool didn’t think many people on here were in Washington.

First tome ever trying anything over 225 and I know I could have got a 3rd rep but o well, they went up really smooth. Incline sucked, but I may have rushed into 215 a little quickly. There’s always next time. Restin up for Thursday.

First of all I would like to make a confession, to myself and to the rest of t nation. When I first put up my max numbers for thus log my deadlify max was not 310. On a good day it was more like 295, I was just so ashamed if it. So with that out of ghe way let’s get on to the workout.

Crazy DL pr haha could have got a tenth but would have had to grind it out. All other reps were smooth though. It felt real good doing that many reps for a change haha. I need to figure out power cleans though I dont think I’m getting enough leg drive, and I need to focus “getting under the bar.” curls…meh not too important but through them in even though I didn’t really feel like it.

Pretty good day actually. Second rep on bench was SOOO close. I got stuck, broke through, got it a little over halfway and got stuck again. Spotter barely touched it to get it up so it was still a good rep. Incline was cool getting 2 plates. I just felt it was a day to max out so I went for it.

I tried and tried and tried for 315, but just not today. The first time I tried it I got it halfway up. Second time, wouldn’t budge. Third time a little more than halfway but still missed it. Every other time it wouldn’t budge. I swear I tried 10 times, each time getting more and more angry. SUPER DISSAPOINTING.

On a side note, I think I will be switching to a little higher rep scheme for bench and ohp, possibly squats too, DL will be the same 5/3/1 principles. I just feel I need to switch things up a bit for at least a little while.
