No Such Thing as Overtraining!

Alright well it's time to start up my log for the rest of the year. I have been working on strength for about 40 days now, and finally finished with that. Made some sweet progress.

Starting Stats:

5'8
BF % ~8

Goals by December

I'm going to go and try and do a good clean bulk. Eating 4000 calories a day with 150-200g of protein.

Push/Pull setup with a 2x12/3x8/4x6 Setup

First day:

Pull (3x8 of Everything)

Deadlift - 155/175/175
EZ Bar Curls - 55
Single DB Rows - 50/60/60
Leg Curls - 80
BB Shrug - 135
T-Bar Rows - 65 + Bar
Alt DB Curls - 27.5
Pull-ups - Bodyweight
Decline Sit-ups - 10

Took 2 days off as I could just tell my body was extremely exhausted from the Strength training. Felt great today though

Push (3x8)

ATG Back Squat - 135
ATG Front Squat - 115
Flat Bench - 115
I wanted to try this out, High incline to failure, Mid, then Flat 2 times - 35 (DB) This totally killed me
(2x8) DB Flys - 25
Tricep Ext. - 50
DB Leaning Alternating Horizontal Lat Raise - 20
DB Vert Lat Raise - 12.5
Seated Calf Raise - 90+whatever the machine weight is, like 25 or something
