Easy recovery day. Also started my second cycle yesterday. Doing 600 mg test e for 10 weeks and starting with 100 mg of var for the first 30 days.
Goals for the end of this cycle. Hit a 500 lbs deadlift, 445 squat and 325 bench all with abz. I was 202 lbs on Sunday down from 214 2 weeks ago. So I will try to end up around 205. Not paying super close attention to total calories but getting in at least 250 grams of protein and relatively limited carbs (under 150 grams).

Went right from drill to the gym so not terrible being tired as hell. The 315 was paused but my ass came up a little still. Moved pretty quick though. Wanted to try working in a few raises considering I hit 2 of the 3 debts consistently and completely ignore the third (mid). Can’t be good long term. My PFT yesterday went not so well because my ankles don’t like running anymore and I rolled the shit out of my sprained one (again). Shit happens.
