No Rack, No Stands...

Moved into a new place and currently have nowhere to put my rack. I’ve been front squatting and deadlifting a lot but bench-wise it is proving difficult.

Last night I put a plate on my back for press ups and it worked out okay. Not enough weight for full on strength progression but not bad either.

Does anyone have any idea what percentage of your body weight you are lifting in a regular press up? I want to know how much I need to put on my back to be getting up to higher percentages and whether it is feasible or not.

Thanks

Mine was about 60%, but it varies a lot from person to person and throughout the range of motion. Why not work in floor presses?
