You has to has strong legs to throw things. Keep it up!

It rained here again today. Not enough to flood anything, just enough to increase the humidity from 90% to 95%. The mosquitoes are very happy. It is cool for July, and green. So weird.

You are probably in the minority knowing a great deal of throwing power comes from the legs. Many think throwings heavy stuff is all in the arm.

Rolled out of bed. Cooked up some bacon, sausage, 3 eggs over easy. Drank several cups of coffee. Walked to the river. Way to high and fast. Another cup of coffee. Bored. Took off for the Natatorium/Aqautic Center. Got in a good hour of swimming. Even did a bunch of 50m and 100m sprints and a couple of 500m swims. Ran the 2 mile course around the park to get rid of the chlorine taste in my mouth. Came home, still bored. Pulled my old bike out the shed, pumped up the tires. We’ll see how long they hold air. Gonna try riding a little. Could be the beginning of the next Lance Armstrong. Minus the good drugs and Sherly Crow, of course.

With all that running, swimming and now riding you should be talking to @flappinit about triathlons

Nobody on here believes how old you are with those recent workouts. Likely the deadlifts make all your other weight totals possible.

To be honest I don’t even count recent deadlifts. I think everyone has one lift they’re a natural at and dl has always been mine. Know I puled 315 the first time I did the lift and have never not been able to do 405. I use to have some vids on here where I would dl my age each birthday. I remember the 565 at 55 cause I miscalculated and did 10# over. Funny thing is my worst lift was my bench. Gorila length arms help in the dl but not so good in the bench.

The even finnier thing is that your bench is still better than most people more than half your age
