I just told my wife that there is no masturbating in November and that she will need to pick up the slack.

I won’t partake in “no nut” November, but I WILL/have stopped watching pornography for the entirety of November and see if it has any beneficial impact (been watching regularly since around age 14-15 17-18), due to the body of evidence suggesting pornography can induce dopaminergic dysfunction, I feel perhaps a break could decipher whether the use of pornography has any perceived negative impact on my life
