No More Pussyfooting Around

Alright, I have learned a lot ‘bout correct nutrition and getting the most out of a workout. I need to quit bitchin’, suck it up, and lift. I’m making this diet/progress log on here for a couple reaons.

  1. You guys, please, yell at me/ encourage me to eat right and lift right. Also chime in with any suggestions.

  2. I really want to get bigger/stronger so I think this log will help.

I’m going to start tomorrow for sure and I’ll do my best to post every night of my lifts and consumption of food.

Bedtime snack


25 carrots & Ranch dip

2 cups of milk = 260 cal
16 g protien

and when i say cups, i mean the actual measuring cup/suggested serving on the label.

you should have peanut butter and cottage cheese for your bed time snack imo.

Indeed, I thought the same thing, until I opened the cupboard and found that peanut butter no longer existed and my fridge no longer held the great dairy snack of cottage cheese :frowning:

Watch the amount of calories you are eating from dressing. Depending on what kind you can be eating massive calories in only a few spoonfuls.

Alright, I’ll keep an eye on that.
