No Gym

Ok a few things have happened and basically i cant afford the gym at the moment so untill im in the army (approx 3mths) im going to focus on body wieght workouts, surfing and nutrition to maintain if not improve my current fitness levels,

Current stats:
Hight - 5'6
Weight - 168lbs
BF - 14%

Training:
1a Chin up - max
1b Push up - 20 (weighted using bricks)

2a Pull up - 5 (10sec hold at top, 10 second down)
2b Close grip pushups - 15 (weighted using bricks)

3a Squats - 30 (body weight)
3b Jump lunges - 20 each leg

Finished off with a set of tabata squats, chinups and pushups or 20min of 5pullups, 10pushups, 20squats

Also i will be surfing approx 2hrs in the morning and 2hrs at night (will go for a run if surf is flat)
This will be done 5-6 days a week.

Nutrition:
i havnt thought of exact recipes yet but here are foods that i will be buying guess ill figure out what to make after i go shopping.

Tuna, Beef / Kangaroo, Turkey, Chicken, Broccoli, Spinach, Pumpkin, Tamatoes
Mushrooms, Cabbage, Avacadoes, Onion, Beans, Tamatoes, Lettuce, Chillis
Capsicum, Pineapple, Watermelon, Strawberries, Walnuts, Olive Oil, Blueberries
Flaxseeds, Yogurt, Eggs

There is also plenty good fishing near my house so planning on going fishing atleast every two days which should meen plenty of fresh fish,

Any feedback would be great especially if there are other exercises i can do that don't involve any equipment or if theres food im missing that should be there
