No Chest With Double Biceps Pose

I’ve noticed for a while that if I do a double biceps pose, my chest is bony and is pretty much non-exsistant. Does it mean that my lower chest is under-developed?

Should read:

When I do a double biceps pose, my chest is bony and is pretty much non-existant. This means my lower chest is underdeveloped!
