Do people think it’s necassary to consume extra aminos during, and after training, or throughout the day? I thought a mixed meal about one hour before training, and a serving of surge post-workout is all one needed, but it seems as though everybody is really hyping up taking all these extra aminos, is it worth it? After all they are extemely expensive!

Well one things for sure, your damn right about the expensive part. Though, when it comes to during and after your workout, BCAA’s should definitly be included. But for day to day use, unless your a rich guy, don’t worry about it. Just eat like a lion and throw in some whey/casein mix here or there.
