With the Nitro Squat program, what can I substitute for back squats? Because of my gym set-up they are not an option. Other options include Zercher's and DB.

One of the keys in this program is generating powerful bar speed. Neither of these options are appropriate as a substitute for back Squats in this situation.

My max front squat is around 125, overhead around 90 (both literally ass to grass). Quads are my most lagging body part. I have no squat rack and I have to clean the bar to get in position for front squats. My equipment is: a bench, freestanding barbell, adjustable weight dumbbells.
