Nike Frees + Bad Feet = ?

(calling Eric Cressey :D)

I have a bad case of overpronation and flat feet that almost kept me out of the Army and it still holds my run time back to this day.

After having terrible shin splints for two track seasons and preparing for college and ROTC, I finally made my way to a FleetFeet store and picked up a good pair of New Balance and took my training slowly and haven’t had the problem flare up since.

I have orthotics in my every day shoes, and stretch my calves and tennis ball roll my arches religiously. However, after reading enough information about the benefits of Nike Frees, I can’t help but wonder if they’d be beneficial to me with my condition?
