It appears I don’t need pdes as well. Most of the time I can have sex. I don’t plan sex so I wanted to be able to have sex everyday. I read about all the benefits and possibly good for longevity. So I took and may restart. Its a good vasodilator and also lowers blood pressure a bit.

130mg at the TRT clinic, gels with the endo, then back to 120mg and eventually 140mg with the endo after the gels failed.

I feel best at 130mg+ per week. This time around with the 140mg I’ve been doing it at 70mg E3.5D…i thinks it’s made a difference.
