Night Sweats

I try taking slow digesting protein(casein) mixed with some glutamine at night before bed, and usually i’ll wake up a couple times soaking wet. Anyone else? Is my body just getting used to the process and this will go away? thanks guys

i used to get the night sweats when I first started taking ZMA. I have never had an issue with casein or cottage cheese before bed. Maybe try and have that last anti catabolc meal anothe r30 to 45 mins earlier.

PS you may also be very acidic, try some greens+ earlier in the day.
