I am amazed at the article that is on the webzine this week, about night feedings. I was about to post a message in regards to how people feel about the idea. I have been doing it for the past 3 weeks, and I have to tell you, the results have been pretty amazing for me. I haven’t really noticed strenght gain increases or anything, but I sure have noticed that I have more energy throughout the day…I am a believer.
No strength gains? I noticed a very significant jump in total strength. Next time you lift put five even ten pounds on your normal routine and see. I bet you have and just don’t realize it. Also I look great! I have no period of flatness in the day at all. Everything is pumped and massive. I feel pretty dam good too. Need less sleep… I am having some significant digestive “rearangement” going on though. Hopefully I get used to it.
