Other than gaining a little strength would it be benefical to do G-Force Neck Training while trying to cut weight. I know I wont gain much size, but is any size gain possible?
I lost around 20 Lbs so far and am keeping the little bit of muscle I had left from the begining of this year before I messed up my shoulder and gained ALOT of fat. Buy my neck does look smaller and I dont want to end up with a neck like a little girl.
I did loose alot of strenght in my pressing lifts however my DL actually went up a bit duing my fat lose phase so far. I just cant wait till I can start a clean bulk. On that note anyone finish up CT’s Destroying Fat? if so how were the results?
