Next Step After Natural Lifters 1 & 2?

After Natural Lifters 1 & 2… what programs do you have that you could recommend?

Goal: Build Muscle…

Love the 6 days a week 30-40 min time frame.

I read down a bit in this forum that number 3 and 4 both were submitted to T Nation for publishing. Hopefully soon!

These are both based on the same principles. Actually, they are the “original” before the paid version was released. Follows the same structure - low volume, 6 days per week.

Why don’t you just run it again?
