70 yrs old here, did not consume 20 recommended calories per lb of bodyweight, I was more in the range of 12 calories/lb; I did not consume the recommended amount of protein, probably 2/3 of what it should have been and I was light on the sleep. The awesome news is that my arms went from 16.5 to 16.75, an increase of .25 inches. I would not have thought that this was possible especially for someone my age who has been training hard for 50 years, The measurement was taken at right angles with tape drawn tight, first flex, before and after. I am sold, question is when can I repeat the program Dr. Darden?
Wait a couple of weeks.
