Next Program?

Trying to figure out which to do first:

Quattro Dynamo, Pendullum training for bodybuilders or Westside for skinny bastards.

Goal is to put on 20 pounds but mainly get some decent lifts. If my strength levels are low, would it be wise to go in any particular order?


I would try them all for 8-12 weeks each. Those are all great routines and each quite different from the last. MAke sure you’re eating big and I bet you can gain 20 lbs by summer time.

I agree with Derek. I suggest you to start with Westside for skinny bastards.

Thats what I was thinking. I am planning on changing up exercises about every three weeks and taking it from there.
