I have been looking over bb next frontier and noticed that there is no direct biceps work are u suppose to alter it? I mean you do db extensions, dips, close grip bb press workouts that hit your tri but never your biceps. also are split squats the same as bulgarian split squats?
You work your biceps anytime you do any pulling movement. The theory behind the next frontier is that you will build bigger biceps through compound movements not direct bicep work. Don’t modify the workouts until your in phase 5 for atleast 3-4 weeks. Give the program a chance before you stat modifying it
