Any of you train there? What do you think of the club?
I've never trained there but I have some knowledge of the place. It is a very "nice" gym if you know what I mean. It is a historical building and it's more like a museum than a gym. It caters mostly to French Quarter socialite types and corporate folks that work in the CBD. Are you looking to join a good gym in the area?? Or just looking for someplace to train while in town???
Thanks for the info.
I've been there today and shall train tomorrow too. It's a very old building indeed but I was very pleased with the equipment. There's a weight lifting room upstairs where you can do deadlifts and squats, with all sorts of barbells, from safety squat bar to trap bar etc...
