Newest Cookie Diet

Ever heard of this one? Found it funny. A woman lost hundreds of pounds on this diet of cookies that contain a mix of proteins (amino acids) that suppress hunger.

The catch: 1252 calories a day compared to her 4500 a day. Some diet!

Although I know not much about female nutrition, for a woman, I think 1200 is even too little.

I ate 1/2 a small chocolate chip cookie today.

It was amazing.

i’m used to diet…now i eat like shit and have dropped 10 lbs. no gear. weird.
