Hi guys. I've been on the site for quite a while and finally decided to join. I'm from South Africa and have been lifting for about 3 years. Only recently decided that I need to put more back in it and have since been following a program from a BB in my gym. So far I have put on 10lbs(5kg) in 5 weeks. Im 6'2 and I weigh in at 190lbs.
I'm a qualified physio looking to go into medicine soon and specialising in trauma. I love this site cos of all the knowledge floating around and im hoping to contribute.
