Newbie, Criticism/Advice?


Hey all, So me and a buddy about 2.5yrs ago started to workout with all the dreams of getting bigger. I have learned a lot from reading around and now I want to share what I have done! so here it is. I am in school right now for being a PA so BB comps may be a bit out for me time wise. But I would love criticism and any advice you might have. thanks!

I seem to grow okay I guess but loosing fat is hard for me. I am trying. Yea I need more depth in my calves I agree thanks. More frequency.
