background- when i was 15 i weighed 248 lbs i got into fitness back then i got to 190 or so an stayed at that for a cpl years i started to cut to try an get a six pack.i went down to 155 i didnt know shit about nutrion basicaly ate under 1000 most days an hour of cardio and 45 mins weight training (no idea wtf i was doing)i got a head injury about a year and a half ago and after feeling every sideaffect of low t i went to a dr my levels were that of a 5 y.o. and my free was super low my estradiol was high range 90. total test was 460. ive been on trt for 4 months now levels are 720 lowest dat around 1200-1300 high.. been bodybuilding since begining of july 2011 i started at 155lbs

Working on a 5day split
Monday legs
Tues chest
Wensday back
Thurs shoulders
Friday arms

Diet I'm eating 200-250 grams protein depending on the day
250-350grams of carbs per day depending on the day 300 is avg
around 80g of healthy fats
Been gaining around .5lb-1.0lb per week on this I've been steadily upping my intake
Diet is super strict only cheat day I've had was Christmas since july

Supplements are whey post workout,cassien before bed,elite mass for breakfast
Staple foods are beef,chicken,tuna,eggs for carbs white&brown rice,gritts,oatmeal,whole grain bread,sweet patatoe

Really been enjoying this and making pretty good gains I've been working out for about 4 years now since I wieghed 248.but bodybuilding has probably been one of the most enjoyable things I've done in life.id lile to compete one day but still have lots of work to do
