I think my fitness one this year will be cardio related, maybe run a 10 min mile. Not even sure if that’s possible for a non runner. lol Or maybe make running a habit again. Hmmm

That’s more than attainable, depending on the temperature in BC and if you run in/outdoors, I’m sure you could do this by spring.
Unless you’re missing a leg or something. Terry Fox Run FTMFW!!!
By spring. Not sure about that. lol
We’ll see. Really not a runner at all.

Oh, it’s totally doable. I was really thinking you should be there by the end of February or beginning of March if you stick to what we discussed. Unless you have some sort of injury that I don’t know about.

I hate resolutions, you either do something or you don’t ya know? If you wanted something badly or to change something, you wouldn’t wait til New Years to do it. You’re not allowed to argue against my point now btw :)
I actually got into an argument on NYE about this very idea. An addendum to my argument was that the more people you tell about your resolution, the less you actually intend to follow through with it. My evidence was that I couldn’t think of one person I knew that had made a new years resolution and stuck with it.

Yup, I read this on TNation before…maybe it was you again austin.
I have a resolution for the coming semester: cycle 4x a week and eat healthier than last semester (less pigging out days)
I think my fitness one this year will be to participate in the overhead press challenge thread, perhaps even the challenge within a challenge challenges
This is nice to read. Here’s to a good year!
I agree! You can totally pull this off easy peasy lemon squeezy. I’ll bettcha you’re in better shape than you realize!
