Hi, Im new to posting, so I apologize in advanced for any mis posting. (I searched for this topic)
My friend is 16,and a football player (wide receiver). Hes started wieghtifting recently , a few months ago,but at a fitness center with machines and smith machines,(only free weights where dumbells). So I have him using free weights with me now and using a 5x5 http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-beginner-strength-training-program/ program. I was wondering if we could add them, or substitute them on like workout B.
