Has anyone got some decent agility drills or has anyone worked on some new variations with the agility ladder or cones i’ve been doing fairly similar ones for 12 weeks i’m getting stale. your help in improving my agility and changing direction would be much appreciated
Use some creativity. What drills are you currently doing? What are you doing them for? Do you play a sport?
ditto, use your mind and make some up.
unless you are testing yourself to compare against other athletes numbers in which case you should do ‘standard’ tests like the t-drill, illionis agility test etc etc.
you know what the demands of your sport are, make one up.
