I will be making my best effort to post my training regiment on here for you guys too see. Hopefully this will be informative and entertaining for everyone. I have a different style of training these days since swithching my diet around and pursuing more goals.
I want to still compete at a high level in Olympic Weightlifting, but also want to start to hit the main stage in fitness and break out of that niche persona. Too start off my very first post, I will entertain you will some throwback Cal Strength videos. Boy how times and training has changed since then! I can't believe how weak I use too be.
