Hi fellow lifters. Im 19/M and in college going to the gym 5-6 days a week and eating all the right stuff. My current routine includes working each bodypart twice a week with a light and heavy day. I do a lot of supersets and some burn sets. I would love to have a new routine in a month or so. Please someone who has gotten gains off their own routines. i’m trying to bulk up so feel free to leave good routines for putting lots of muscle mass on. supersets and all.
