New to This Thread and Need Some Help

hey i just joined this thread and grew an interest in powerlifting and bodybuilding
i am primarily concern on increasing strength but also want to pack of a few size as well

I milked starting strength already and finished a couple cycles of HST

can any one suggest me a routine

What are you stats age hieght weight bench squat deadlift?.

I personally find the sheiko routines to be excellent, and they focus on the main lifts primarily.

They’re very high volume, so you should still gain some weight.
