Hey T-Nation, I want to get your opinion on my body, particularly my upper body, to give me critique and some ideas. I've been training seriously for about three years now, all lifts progressing along nicely, overall I've made an 100lb gain on my bench, 110lb gain on my squat and 120lb gain on my deadlift. I know I'm smaller than I'd like to be at the moment, but hopefully with another few years lifting I can get to my ideal weight, at about the same body fat. Dietwise, I try and eat lots of vegetables for their anti-inflammatory properties, and lots of protein, mainly from soy beans and powders. Any advice or critique would be appreciated. Thanks.
