Hey guys! New to your forums and relatively new to fitness in general. IÂ´ve worked out randomly for a few years but just recently decided to get more serious about it after moving to L.A.
I attached my Work out schedule I plan on following after doing a little reading around. I was hoping to see what you guys think about it. I also am going to start bicycling a few miles a day and on weekends as a socializing activity. Let me know what you think!
